This document covers engagements with Allan Price. By engaging the service or using the site, you accept these terms.

Services & engagement.
Each engagement is bounded by a Statement of Work that names the deliverables, timeline, and fee.
Changes to scope are handled by written change order. No verbal changes.

Intellectual property.
Final deliverables transfer to the client on full payment. Working files and pre-production materials remain mine unless otherwise agreed.
I reserve the right to display final work in my portfolio after public launch.

What stays in the room.
Mutual confidentiality applies to all non-public information shared during an engagement. NDAs are standard and signed on request.

Limitation of liability.
Liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid under the relevant Statement of Work.
Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Orange County, California.
